CAR HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

Our price is based on Group R Seat Ibiza/Ford Fusion A/C 2 sharing

Petrol
The vehicles are delivered with a full tank of petrol.

Full tank values pre-payable, between EUR 40 and EUR 100 according to supplied model. Cars should be returned with an empty tank. The exception to the rule is for hire periods of 4 days or less when we credit the client’s credit card with the equivalent value of the fuel left in the tank.

Insurance
The insurance is fully comprehensive, but replacement keys, undercarriage, traffic fines, all expenses and costs that arise from refuelling with the incorrect fuel and tyres or wheels are not covered under insurance. In case of damage the hirer is liable for such items. All thefts must be reported to the police and a copy of the report obtained. Personal effects cover is not included and you are recommended to insure that these are covered by your travel insurance. If the car is loaded with more than the stated capacity or vehicles are taken off-road or drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the insurance cover becomes invalid. In case of accident or collision the client must fill in correctly the provided form (declaracion amistosa de accidente de automovil). We offer customers an optional protection of EUR 15 rental, to be paid on arrival, to reduce their liability to tyres and wheels. Towing costs or any other expenses are not covered under this insurance. If the customer declines this insurance he will be liable for damages caused to wheels and tyres.

VERY IMPORTANT
If there is a difference of more than 4 hours between arrival (collection of the car) and departure (return of the car) time you will be charged an additional day’s rental. In other words you are allowed 4 hours grace.

Age Limits
Drivers must be over 21 years and have held a driving license (international driving license) for a minimum of 12 months. No maximum age limit or surcharge.

Payment
Payment is made direct to the Hire Company on collection of the vehicle.

Drivers must be in possession of a valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa Card or EC Card) or debit card. American Express Cards are not accepted. No cash payment accepted either. The car hire price will be deducted from your Holiday Package before you pay your final invoice.

Car Collection
After leaving the baggage claim area make your way to the MEETING POINT in the middle of the Arrival’s Lounge where you will find the Goldcar Europa office.
