TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your contract is with Golf Doctor Mallorca. Golf Doctor Mallorca has taken out insurance to ensure the security of payments which you make. These are the terms and conditions of your holiday contract.

Please read them carefully.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSITS
Only adults aged 18 years or more are able to book a holiday.

All holiday arrangements and activities are subject to availabitity at the time of booking. No contract shall be made until the deposit (or full price, depending on the date of travel) has been paid. A deposit of 30% of the hotel balance is required to secure the hotel booking and reserve tee-times. On receipt of your deposit, which is treated as part-payment of your golf trip, we will issue you with a comfirmation/invoice. This will detail the balance to be paid and the date by which it is due. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Full payment is required 6 weeks before the date of travel and a receipt will be issued when payment is received. Two weeks before your trip we will send you your confirmed itinery and any other relavant documentation. If you booking is made with short notice, it is possible that we can issue arrangements via e-mail or upon arrival, at the airport or at the hotel.  It is your responsibility to check the details are correct and if wrong contact us immediately.

If payments are not received the trip will be deemed cancelled and will be subject to the cancellation terms below.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. This will mean you are covered if you have to cancel your holiday for any reason beyond your control. Check individual policy. If you already hold travel insurance it is your responsibility to check that you are adequatly insured for your particular needs,as we will not check your policy. We reserve the right to request details of your insurance policy (policy number and insurer)

PAYMENT
Bank transfers will be accepted and details of the bank account can be sent on confirmation of booking.

PayPal – We accept the following cards – Visa, Mastercard, , American Express, E-Check, PayPal.. 

All payments made by credit cards carry a 3.4 % maximum handling charge and a 1.9 % minimum handling charge depending on the cost. However, we agree to cover  half of this handling charge

Additional food, beverages, golf merchandise, and room extras must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.

PRICE PROMISE
We guarantee that after you confirm your golf package by returning a completed booking form or written confirmation to us, together with the deposit, that price will not change.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION
Golf Doctor Mallorca holds corporate insurance. In the very unlikely event that Golf Doctor Mallorca becomes insolvent clients will recieve full refund of their monies paid.

DATA PROTECTION
We will hold your name, address and other details you supply us with on our data base. This will be used to arrange your trip, and to send you appropriate information. We will also have to pass this information on to our providers of services that are bound by EC regulations on data protection. We will not pass on your details to third parties without your permission.

BEHAVIOUR
As a client, you have a duty to behave in a reasonable manner. If we learn of disruption, dangerous or abusive behaviour to suppliers, other customers or third parties we reserve the right to terminate the trip and will not accept liability for refunding money, or paying for additional expences.

LIABILITY
We accept no liability for the failure of airline, flight provider, accommodation provider, hotel owners or ground agents. In the event that we should be liable under any term of the contract our liability shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your holiday (excluding flights).  

We respectfully remind you that participation in some activities involves assumption of risks dangers, hazards and liabilites to yourself and other participants. These risks include but are not limited to personal injury, death property damage expense and other such loss, delay or inconvience. Notwithstanding these risks you are reminded that you voluntarily assume all risks of such injury, illness, death, property damage and/or loss that may result from your participation in the activity and in any travel associated with this activity. Payment for the activity confirms that you have assumed these risks damages, hazards and liabilities to yourself and other participants.

It is essential that you agree to abide by all applicable rules and regulations to the activity, and all instruction received from the activity leader while participating in the activity. Non-compliance may result in the exclusion from the activity and forfeiture of the activity fees. Golf Doctor Mallorca accepts no responsibility for any acts, or the act of others while you are participating in and travelling in connection with any activity.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
All information contained on our website is based on information at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any website information before your booking is confirmed, and correct errors prior to any booking. Our website contains statements representing our honest belief that the facts as shown are correct. Every effort has been made to describe fully and as honestly as possible the holidays offered and supply what has been described. We are not responsible for the content, policies and services of any sites linked to or accessible via our website.

GOLFING INFORMATION
Unused services or features of any golf package are not refundable or exchangable.

Some hotels/golf courses will require handicap certificates before accepting visitors, which we will endeavour to advise you at the time of booking. Whilst a certificate of playing ability is not essential on all courses, knowledge of etiquette and the rules of golf is expected and each hotel/golf club reserves the right to refuse access if it is judged that individuals do not display the required knowledge. We cannot be held responsibly in these circumstances.

DRESS CODE
Golf Doctor Mallorca has no responsibility in any ruling by a venue concerned if any of the group are unable to play due to inappropriate attire. Golf Clubs do not permit blue denim of any kind, collarless shirts and ask for shirts to be tucked into trousers.

Soft spikes are required for all golf courses in Mallorca.

TEE-TIMES
We will do everything possible to reserve preferred tee-times, however golf courses do reserve the right to alter preferred tee-times. If for any reason your tee-time should not be available, we will offer the nearest possible.

Tee times are based on playing in four-balls and therefore you may be paired up with other golfers on this day.

COURSE CLOSURE AND PLAYING CONDITIONS
The standard of golf courses are inspected on a regular basis, their actual playing condition may vary from time to time. Golf Doctor Mallorca can not be responsible for the condition prevailing on your golf day. Closure of the golf course is at the discretion of the golf club and the decision will be made on the morning of the day concerned. In the event of a golf course being closed we will endeavour to obtain preferential access to alternative Golf Course.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
As bad weather can occur during the course of the year Golf Clubs either close the golf course or operate temporary tees and greens at their sole discretion.

Golf played on temporary tees and greens is non-refundable and considered to be part of playing golf. No refunds are available under any circumstances for cancelations made due to course closure.

If you are unable to play golf due to course closure we will try and obtain a partial refund or green fee vouchers or change the venue if possible. Each Golf Club/Hotel sets its own inclement weather policy. As we act only as an agent for each, all decisions, regarding partial refunds or green fee vouchers are solely at the discretion of the Hotel/Golf course and are final.

We can not be held responsible should inclement weather prevail. Of course with a 7 day Golf Tuition Holiday we will also try where ever possible to the alter a training program to accommodate for bad weather conditions.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY YOU
After Acceptence of the booking, if the customer alters the confirmed arrangements, we will try and accommodate the amendments without further charge, where this is possible. If additional payments are due we will inform you. In addition, if the alteration is within 8 weeks of the departure date, the cancellation charges may be applied.

If you wish to cancel your trip you must advise us as soon as possible in writing via e-mail. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control you may be able to claim money back through your travel insurance policy. If the cancellation occurs more than 6 weeks before your departure date you will lose your deposit only.

If your cancellation is received less than 6 weeks (42 days) before the departure date the following charges will apply. Since we incur costs in cancelling your holiday you will have to pay the applicable charges shown below.

Should a client fall ill and is unable to attend the activity the client may be able to make a claim for the costs on their insurance. We will provide a letter confirming that Golf Doctor Mallorca was informed about the illness and therefore had to cancel the activity. Otherwise cancellation terms are the same as for cancellation below.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION MADE BY US
Every effort will be made to operate all holidays as advertised but we reserve the right, to modify any holiday, schedule, accommodation or arrangement at any time and we will inform you of any change as soon as possible.

In the case of any material modification we will, if possible, offer alternative arrangements or, if these are not acceptable, a full refund of the monies paid.

The customer shall not be entitled to any further sum by the way of compensation, damages or otherwise arising from cancellation.

We will not materially modify or cancel the holiday within 8 weeks of the date of departure unless compelled to do so because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

FORCE MAJEURE
If war or terrorist activities, threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action, threatened or actual, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, airport regulations and closures, unforeseen alternatives to transport schedules or any other event outside the control of the company either delays or extendtions to the holiday or a change in the holiday arrangements, Golf Doctor Mallorca cannot accept liability for resulting loss,damage or expense.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND HEALTH REQUIEMENT
The customer is responsible for essuring that he/she is in possession of a valid passport and all necessary travel and health documents prior  to departure.

COMPLAINTS
Golf Doctor Mallorca and our partners will make every effort to ensure your trip is pleasurable. However if you are dissatified you should immediately inform the supplier and us and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If you find  your problem is not dealt with you must inform the supplier and us in writing. You must register your complaint within 7 days of leaving the trip. We cannot accept liabilty for any complaint that was not notified in writing at the relevant time.

LAW AND JURISTRICTION
Spanish Law shall govern each of the bookings made with us including (without limitation)all contractual and other relationships which arise out of such bookings.You and we each submit to the exclusive juristriction of the Spanish Courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any booking
